Products Available: Spherical lens (plano-convex lens, plano-concave lens, double-convex lens, concave-convex lens, double-concave lens), Window Protection Glass, Wedge Windows, Prisms, Irregular-shaped lens.

Size: 12~400mm. Lens can be made into round, square, irregular-shaped and other products.

Thickness: 0.8~50mm. Lens can be processed according to different tolerance requirements.

Angle: The side of spherical products can be made with certain angle, which belongs to special products; Wedge Windows, Prisms and Irregular-shaped lens can be customized according to requirements.

Curvature: Conventional tolerance is ±0.5% of curvature radius, which can be processed up to higher precision.

Flatness Precision: λ/20~3λ@632.8mm

Center Error or Parallelism: Up to second level.

Coating: 1.8-14μm, AR Coating, Reflect Coating or other customized requirements.

We can process small quantity samples or large quantities OEM products, especially good at those products with large size in small amount.
